 Korea has 96.4% foreign dependancy on energy(as of 2011) and it is urgent to convert economic and social structure to high efficiency type in order to cope with high oil prices and climate change and for sustainable growth.

 In November,2009 Ministry of Land and Transport announced the zero-energy by 2050 and 60% energy saving of residential buildings by 2017 in the report for activating plan of green city buildings.

 In order to save energy, the heating system adopted by countries all over the world is the central heating system such as district heating. For supporting this plan, in 2008 G20 concerned ministers gathered and determined to expand the supply of central heating as one of the measures to save energy and reduce carbon dioxide.

 In accordance with the government policy, GuSung developed the PURE-HWA, which solves the problems which occur in apartments adopting central heating system (district heating) due to supplying hot water through long common pipeline network from central machine room or heat exchanger room. Problems such as increase of energy loss, water pollution, increase of construction cost, complaints about metering, and loss of effective area can be solved and users can regulate the temperature of water supply as one of the methods for energy savings of residential buildings. The PURE-HWA system has been installed at an apartment located in Yeomchang Dong, Gangseo Gu in October 2012 and will be supplied to users after finishing demonstration tests.

▸First : thought of the environment.
 It is possible to produce clean hot water and reduce the waste of water . Hot water produced by the existing system is cooled down in the piping and is contaminated in the constant reheating process or is easily corrupted due to the volatile of sterilization ingredient. However, now the PURE-HWA installed in each home can supply clean hot water instantaneously.

▸Second : thought of the user's satisfaction.
 Hot water is supplied at the required temperature and the energy costs are charged exactly depending on the amount of energy used. It is the hope of the consumer. PURE-HWA's State-of-the-art IT technology controls the hot water temperature supplied and informs the amount of energy used and costs in real time in conjunction with the calorimeter. PURE-HWA helps economical use of energy and saves energy.

▸Third : thought of the economy.
 Even if the product have good functions, if its construction costs are too high, construction companies and representatives of tenants will not adopt the product. PURE-HWA will reduce more than 20% of construction costs and the cost of heating water. Therefore construction companies and residents will be satisfied economically.

▸Fourth : thought of the design.
 The appearance of the PURE-HWA designed by an expert is a patent. PURE-HWA have been designed in order to be used without any defects in each parts and any troubles during management and operation.
Considering the dignity of house wives, the design of PURE-HWA is too precious to keep it in the bottom drawer of the sink. We have done our best efforts in selecting materials.

▸Fifth : thought of the energy savings.
 PURE-HWA has started to simplify the existing four tube system into two tubes.
Therefore construction cost and energy savings are guaranteed. Depending on the installation location and solution line, more 10%~30% energy savings can be ensured; pipe sizes can be optimized; and it has been designed to remarkably reduce circulating flow and the capacity of heat exchanger or boiler.

 PURE-HWA's advent changing the standards of construction equipment was not made by accident. Developer, President Yoon Suk-Goo is the chairman of The Korea Energy Auditor's Association and a professional engineer, who has worked as an adjunct professor at a university for 13 years and had much experience about institute of technology for 10 years, construction site for 10 years, and energy diagnosis for 7 years.
